My single "You Got Me" is the last of 4 singles that are released 2021 into 2022. The idea was to release a 4 track EP but decided to release each one as a single instead.

The idea going into this song is a strong message about being a father, a husband, a friend, a son, a brother - all of the above. No matter what life throws at you, you will always have someone in your corner.

This song is about finding yourself battling with things that ultimately make you happy. Even though you feel perfect in that moment, something holds you back. For ex: in a relationship, you know what you have is real- what you have is the best feeling but the moments you struggle, you tend to push those feelings aside. I had to learn the hard way to not listen to those negative feelings that ended up ruining something great- Those moments, I eventually look back and appreciate what we had.

Rewind is a song about reliving a past experience of pure bliss. Regardless of how relationships end or change, there are moments that stick with us forever. I wrote it about a dream I had of a past experience and I remembered that exact moment and how I felt. It almost reminded me of a scene from Back to the Future. If you could count how many times you felt pure bliss regardless of the outcome, sometimes remembering that moment may help you create new memories to find that similar feeling again. 

Make It A Memory is a collection of songs that varies from feeling trapped to feeling free and finding your way. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a refined inspiration and theme in this album came full circle.

This album is a culmination of the good, the bad and the indifferent. Allow the past to be a learning experience but never fret or waste valuable time in order to live life to the fullest. "We're a real life movie. It's what we are but that's OK!"
